FG Financial Company, Inc. is a company duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission with corporate headquarters located at the Unit 6 - G2 8101 Pearl Plaza, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City Philippines. It currently operates thirteen (13) branch offices spread out over Luzon and the Visayas.

FG Financial Company, Inc. is engaged in consumer finance, providing alternative source of credit to individuals and to small and medium business enterprises who/which normally would have difficulty accessing the credit facilities of banks and other traditional financial institutions

OBJECTIVES

FG Financial Company, Inc. aims for the optimal utilization of systems technology to support the company’s various initiatives relative to specific aspects of its operations. At present, there is maximum utilization of systems support in the ongoing enhancements in loan processing, collection and accounting procedures.

All measures are being undertaken not only to maintain FG’s stature as among the top consumer lending company in the Philippines, but also to impress upon its stockholders, investors, employees, clients and the general public the magnitude of its commitment to do business in the most professional and efficient manner.

These are all in line with the Company’s vision of becoming, in the near future, a transnational and publicly listed provider of fully automated, world-class consumer lending products and services.

and successful professionals with vast experience in finance, marketing, investment and asset management.

Marketing Officers have begun to be transformed into compleat Loan Officers who could
effectively perform not only marketing functions but collection and credit appraisal as well.

The Company’s credit scoring system is a result of exhaustive study and evaluation of loans repayment data culled from
     the extensive experience of several highly successful financial enterprises as well as from the Company’s own database.
     These data enable the Company to predict the repayment performance of approved loans and reject applications of
     negatively profiled, high-risk borrowers.

FG’s 13 branch offices are strategically located in the business districts of major cities,
are very much accessible, and thus allows for expansive marketing.

Half of the Company’s 210 employees are dedicated to collection.
This ensures that the volume of loans generated will always be supported by adequate collection force.

MIS Department is made up of highly competitive programmers and system engineers.
     System support makes it possible at present for loan proceeds to be released within 24 hours,
     although MIS is continuously working to further improve the processing time of loan applications.
     This would further define FG’s competitive edge.

PRODUCTS/ TARGET MARKET

Salary Loan - Certified regular employees receiving not less
than Php 10,000.00 basic salary.

OFW (Seaman’s) Loan - Seamen with valid contracts as certified
by the manning agency.

OFW (Teacher’s) Loan - Teachers bound for the U.S.
and endorsed by a reputable placement agency.

Doctor’s and Dentist’s Loan - Licensed doctors and dentists
who are either employed or in private practice.
