Natural born or naturalized Filipino Citizen with a permanent residence status
Not more than 64 years old upon loan maturity
Doctor of Medicine degree holder (M.D.)
Passer of the Medical Board Exam given by PRC and currently practicing as a
   doctor of medicine for at least 5 years
With a medical clinic either privately operated or sanctioned by/located in a
   medical hospital
Must have a Current Account existing for at least 2 years
Mobile Phone is mandatory
Residence/Clinic should be located within 40 kilometers of an FG branch
