Borrower and Co-maker should be natural born or naturalized
Filipino Citizen with a permanent residence

Not more than 64 years old upon loan maturity;
Co-maker’s minimum age requirement is 21
yrs old
Co-maker shall be limited to borrower’s siblings, parents
or parent’s siblings
The checking account should be opened where the co-maker is
residing
Borrower and Co-maker should be natural born or naturalized
